Policies

CONSULTATIONS
We are committed to helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Our experts offer complimentary consultations to get to know each individual’s skincare needs. Based on a private skincare consultation, both client and esthetician will design a treatment plan that will best meet the expectations of the client.

SCHEDULING
Appointments are preferred, but not always necessary. If we have available experts, we will be happy to accommodate you.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Because we are a medical skin spa, we require that all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms.

LATE ARRIVALS
Our scheduling is maintained to give our clients the correct amount of time for their desired treatment. A late arrival will result in a decrease in treatment time. To be fair, your treatment must end on time so the other clients’ sessions can start on time. If your arrival is delayed we will make every effort to accommodate your appointment. If you miss your appointment without 24-hour notice, you will be charged 100% of your fee.

DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be applied toward a different service if requested.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a 100% service charge. All services re-scheduled, cancelled on same day of appointment, or missed without notice will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

PRODUCT RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our priority, so if a product is damaged it can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with receipt. Services and packages are non refundable. If a client wishes to discontinue a package they can transfer it to a friend or switch it to another treatment of equal or lesser value.

ADDED COMFORT
With any of our medically based treatments, a topical anesthetic cream is available and can be applied 15 minutes before your treatment. You may order your cream when you schedule your appointment.

PAYMENT
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment by check is not accepted. We have financing packages available.

STANDARD POLICY
A credit card number or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments. Turn off cell phones.  Inform our front desk staff if you have any special needs or concerns to allow us to ensure your time spent with us is a memorable experience.

GRATUITIES
Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service.

VALUABLES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to leave valuables at home.
